Clients enrolled only in the Sliding Scale Plans and Program Plans that are less than the standard price per one (1) session will have access to the basic profiles, plus the initial intake forms and the standard screeners including PHQ9, GAD7 and WHODAS 2.0. Client profiles with Family/Couple Therapy 3, Individual Therapy 3, and Family/Couple Therapy 2 also include these same features. There are times when we do offer Consultations. You will either book those online from third party websites or request those on the Admission or Sign-Up form on our website.
Consultations are paid and not free unless you’ve requested a free consultation from us directly, beforehand and we wrote to you from tdntcounseling@tdntsocialservices.org to confirm that your specific consultation is free before your session.
The Consultation Fee Schedule is as follow:

We currently offer a huge DISCOUNT on Consultations to support our community members and encourage them to reach out for help and for mental health support. This Discount is scheduled to last from 5/1/25 to 12/31/25!! Ask Us! For this period, we are offering all Cash Pay consultation sessions at $39.38 per session, when the sessions last between 7 to 45 minutes. Insurance Pay when clinical work is completed is still between $1 to $4.48 Plus your copay/coinsurance/co-deductible, unless we’ve discussed with you that you’d only be charged $1 for that session.

| Each Additional Screening Tool and Psychological Testing is $26.36 per test or per session if it’s not already included in your payment plan and you may schedule an additional session for this testing. Please see your client portal for more information. Based on your Payment Plan Tier, you may already have access to these additional evaluations. Tier 1 $146.15 & Insurance/EAP Plans; Tier 2 $78.44-$146.14 Plans; Tier 3 $52.16-$78.43 Plans; Tier 4 $0-$52.15 Plans (see above).
