History
Cherishing & Uplifting Our Communities

TDNT Social Services, Inc. aims to serve our communities by providing services that support and enhance the quality of life and overall well-being of individuals, families, and businesses. Our main focus is on community outreach as well as counseling, respite, learning, education and financial support.
We offer several Program Services as well as Fun Learning and Social Opportunities. Ask us about our Community Service Hours, our Notary Public Services, our TDNT Counseling Services Program, our Caregiver Companionship Services, our Education and Tutoring Services, our TDNTCSA Program, our TDNT Loans Program, as well as our Events among others.
The entire concept of TDNT Social Services, Inc. began long before 2021, even before 2018! Perhaps one can say that our nonprofit’s concept began in the late 1980s with a conception, a compassion at heart and an idea began to form within first committed thoughts and memories.
Our founder has always embodied this charitable purpose, mission and vision. With life’s many experiences, lessons and timid opportunities begging to be exposed and explored, our founder placed this idea on paper as well as on the world wide web in 2018 to continue her efforts in implementing this nonprofit’s organizational structure.
By 2018, several programs were already created and were part of what would become TDNT Social Services, Inc. In 2021, our founder found it time to formally and legally form our nonprofit corporation. She took the necessary steps and furnished the required resources to create this 501(c)(3) public charity.
For this, we are glad and we want you to join us, take action in continuing this great noble cause! Support your communities. Volunteer! Donate Now!

Our Team
Nonprofit Leadership
We are so thankful to our unpaid volunteers of this nonprofit organization dedicating their time, talents and effort as well as their own monetary and other nonmonetary resources to help support and operate the nonprofit for the public’s overall benefit in accordance with our Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
Our Executive Officers, Board Directors and Voting Members are part of our Governance Leadership team in full support of and executing our mission, vision and purpose. There are times when they may not be directly involved in or they may not be managing each of our Nonprofit Programs’ internal affairs but instead contract other volunteers, independent contractors, licensed personnel, upper level non-governance c-suite officers, organizational managers, program directors, lower-level directors, lower-level managers and third party organizations to complete specific tasks, duties or to manage and operate programs.
For any questions regarding our organization, to donate or to collaborate with us in support of our mission, vision and purpose, please contact our main email below. Our nonprofit volunteers in leadership do not make decisions singularly but must go through a voting process and must reach a consensus regarding agenda issues. Contacting each singular board member is not the best or most effective route of getting your issue or proposal on our nonprofit’s agenda to be reviewed for discussion and consensus vote.
We ask that you please respect our unpaid volunteers’ personal time, space and privacy because this nonprofit is not their personal or private for-profit business; but our volunteers are Board Members or upper level management operating the nonprofit without pay for the greater overall good of the domestic national public and the greater good of our community members, in line with our mission, vision, purpose, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation.
Should you wish to direct any questions to a specific Board Member, please email us at the email below and be sure to include your proposal or issue as well as to whom to direct this request. Also include whether or not you have tried to first address your request to the specific program it relates to or to the organization as a whole, while keeping in mind that only the volunteers listed here on this page or on the Secretary of State or Division of Corporations’ business listings are part of our leadership team; and only our Board members, consisting of our Executive Officers and our Board Directors, as well as our Voting Members are part of the governance members leadership team. We welcome your suggestions and feedback. Contact Us.
We have also listed some of our nonprofit’s upper level management team members as well as our newer privilege level members here for your review. These organizational level managers are not governance members but are right under our board members. Privilege members are external non-governance members. You will want to contact us at our main email address as well to get in touch with our upper organizational managers. Please tell us how we can help you as well as who you are so that we can know how to best match you with our upper level management staff. We look forward to hearing from you. Reach out and have a great rest of your day.
